CSS isn't actually as bad as I thought

got bored, decided to try finagling with the look of my blog and some other things between digging through old stuff for the archive and lying in bed staring gormlessly at the ceiling, and honestly? CSS isn't actually that bad.

I didn't have high hopes when it came to having to figure out a little bit of CSS to make my blog look how I wanted (memories of trying and failing to learn C# running through my mind at the time, though I know that they are two completely different beasts when it comes to coding), but other than needing color-hex.org open in another tab to figure out what shades of olive green and vaguely blueish slate I wanted for my palette and having to Ctrl-F one thing to figure out why the link color controlled the border color in the preset Terminal theme, I actually found it quite easy to figure out.

pretty sure it was just a matter of getting over those mental roadblocks that kept telling me "code hard, don't bother" that led to me actually learning something useful (which I'm also pretty sure is a notion shared for all learning, come to think of it).
